One of the beaut feature cars is a re-creation of Holman Moody's 427-powered '64 Fairlane. This is the baby is the original! NASCAR commissioned H-M to build the car as an experiment to see how modern cars without a separate chassis could be made to perform. The Fairlane was raced with great success in the US before being shipped to Europe, where the car disappeared into the mists of history.
